At their Nelson, Lancashire, polymer extrrusion and production centre, manager Ray Oxborough demands total adherence to cleaning and hygeine standards at every step of the production process.

Seeking to organise a high level clean of overhead ducting, pipework and roof girders, Ray was dissatisfied with the results produced by a local cleaning organisation and called on the services of Trustclean's specialist mobile team at short notice to put things right. A five day period of work, integrating with a production unit that is a 24 hour, 365 day operation saw Trustclean complete the clean to Excelsior's demanding standards, despite the complexity of layout and without disrupting essential production flow.

A further two days were taken to complete the high level clean of the site warehouse, leaving the job completely up to standard within a few days of originally being invited in.
